THE LIABILITY OF UFXBank, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU TRANSFERRED OR DEPOSITED IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT UFXBank IN RELATION TO THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
