What the role encompasses

Servicing clients seeking price quotes, as well as offering up timely, accurate information.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To give unparalleled service to clients regarding their trading needs/queries.
  2. To update market information on the UFXBank Trading Platform
  3. To perform Company Dealing System Maintenance
  4. Internal services: To provide market updates to sales force and other coworkers

Requirements

  • Languages – English at near native fluency, additional languages are an advantage.

    1. Shift work in positions of trust and responsibility

  • Education, Qualifications and Training (essential)
    1. BSc degree in Finance or Economics (experience in a related field is suitable in lieu of academic degree)

    2. Experience as a Forex dealer – advantage

Financial Services Manager (FSM)


What the role encompasses

Oversight of the company’s client base in every sales aspect (generating and retaining clients, as well as following up on client issues/concerns), customer service and administrative duties generated by sales activity.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. First contact for daily list of new prospects
  2. On-going follow up with prospects and clients
  3. Effectively managing our existing client base (general customer service assistance and timely issue/complaint resolution)
  4. Updating the client database to ensure accurate client information and contact details

Requirements

  • Special Requirements (equipment used, external contacts etc)
    1. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    2. Networking and human relations skills
    3. Languages: English. Any additional language is an advantage (e.g. Arabic, Hebrew, French, German, Portuguese, Italian)
  • Other Features of Job (travel, hours of work, working conditions etc)
    1. 0900 – 1800 Sunday to Thursday.
    2. May include overtime.

    1. Associate Diploma/ HND or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant field of study)
    2. Comprehensive computer training – Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)
    3. Languages: English is a must.

    2. Sales Techniques training advantageous

    1. 1-2 year experience in a sales environment preferably in the financial industry
